Cozy and sparkling clean one bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the second floor of the building. Perfect place for family getaway. Book one or book them all! This property is located just a hundred yards away from the most beautiful Lake Michigan beach. You can even see the Chicago skyline across the lake on a clear days. The main bedroom has a queen bed and glass doors that open up to the private balcony. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa as the second bed. You can comfortably fit 3 adults and the space is still the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 children. We provide your morning coffee with a Keurig, customized coffee station, and k-cups. Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
